Tropical Climate and Biogeochemical Responses to Global Warming

 

Subproject A1 investigated the response of the coupled climate-ocean biogeochemistry system to anthropogenic CO₂-induced global warming on centennial time scales. Employing global coupled climate-ocean biogeochemistry models, our focus was on the Tropics and their physical and biogeochemical feedback processes relevant for this century's climate evolution.
